 P K LALWANI AND CO TAX PRACTTIIONERS a journey for providing consultancy and solutions to complex taxation issues was started by Late PUKHRAJI K LALWANI on 5th OCT 1946 on the auspicious day of DUSSEHRA. This journey further continued under the guidance on SHRI NARENDRAJI P LALWANI updating the clientele in the changing Taxation Regime of various indirect taxes. The journey which started from Indian Income Tax Act 1922 which was replaced by Income Tax Act 1961 after independence. Enhancing the scope services in indirect taxes from The Bombay Sales tax Act to Maharashtra Value Added Tax.
